I stayed at this hotel, and it has its ups and downs. The rooms, despite having great facilities, tend to get too warm unless the air conditioning is on constantly. The location is excellent if you're planning to visit the Street outlet shops nearby, but finding the car parking can be a bit tricky. The dining experience was worth it overall, especially for families, as kids eat free, although the service was a bit slow. The facilities are decent with everything you need.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were generally comfortable with good temperature for a restful sleep, though cooling it down became a challenge at times. The associated dining venue offered varied but occasionally insufficient choices, and prices seemed a bit high for the portions. Service levels were acceptable. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, including town center and outlet villages.

The Inn is conveniently located on a bus route, making it easy to explore both Street and Glastonbury town centers. The rooms are mostly clean and warm, offering great facilities, although some minor cleanliness issues were noted in the bathroom. The dining experience, while offering a good variety, had some shortages that affected overall satisfaction. The location is ideal for accessing Clarks Village and Glastonbury village, but occasional camping on the access road can slightly disrupt tranquility.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were lovely and clean, offering a great night's sleep, which I always appreciate. They were surprisingly spacious, although only equipped with a shower, not a bath. Having visited numerous Premier Inns over the last 13 years, this one certainly stood out.

Dining

The dining experience was decent, with a good selection of juices, fruits, yoghurt, and cooked breakfast. However, despite being plentiful, items tended to run out quickly at the buffet, requiring constant restocking upon request.

The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, providing what I needed for a comfortable stay. However, improvements in the dining area could enhance the overall experience.
